Executive Chairman of Cox, he started his career in the real estate and construction sectors and in 2010 founded Grupo El Sol in Panama, focusing on mining, cement, infrastructure and energy. This company became the largest supplier of sand for the UTE (joint venture) responsible for the expansion of the Panama Canal. He later led the bidding and development phases of the largest photovoltaic project in Latin America at the time – Rainbow 50.

He has received several awards for his contribution to business in Spain, including the National Young Entrepreneur Award, 2018. He was also named one of the “100 Most influential Latinos Committed to Climate Action” and one of the “100 Most Creative Spaniards in Business” by Forbes magazine. He is currently a member of the International Council of the San Telmo Business School and President of the Advisory Council of the Scholas Foundation for Panama, Central America and the Caribbean.

Nacho Moreno joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer in September 2023. He was previously CEO of Credit Suisse’s Credit Bank Europe for the Iberian region. Prior to that, he spent 22 years at Barclays, most recently as Head of Investment Banking for Iberia. He also held several other senior positions at Barclays in leveraged finance, equity capital markets and debt capital markets with a focus on Southern Europe. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in 1998 and holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE).

Chief Financial Officer of Cox. He was previously a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds from 2011 to 2017, where he co-led the global wholesale banking practice. He also brings a wealth of experience from 18 years in investment banking and markets, having worked at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. He holds a Masters in Economics from Clark University and an MBA from IE Business School.

He joined the Company in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, later transitioning to the role of Chief of Strategy & Corporate Development, where he leads both strategy and technology for Cox. Prior to joining the Company, he gained extensive experience in corporate and project finance at the Spanish Official Credit Institute (‘Instituto de Crédito Oficial’), Repsol and Deutsche Bank. His achievements include the successful financing and refinancing of projects totalling 1GWp. He holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from the University of Alicante.

He has been in charge of the Company’s Water Division since 2021. Has worked for the Abengoa group since 1995. Over the years, he has held various senior management positions, not only in construction, but also in business development across all the company’s sectors, including Energy, Industrial, Water and Infrastructure. Has extensive international experience in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, having held senior management positions overseas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences with a specialisation in Electronics and an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School.

Managing Director of Cox’s Water Division. He has held various roles within the organisation during nearly three decades in the water industry. This includes international experience on both the construction and business development sides of the Company (and previously Abengoa), including Head of Business Development (Water) for Africa, America and Europe, Business Development Director (Europe) and, earlier in his career, Project Manager for several of the company’s water and power plants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Granada and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.

Head of Cox Energy America. José Antonio brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry to the Company. Prior to his current role with the Company, he dedicated 21 years to Grupo Naturgy, where he held several key positions, including Country Manager in Panama (managing more than 3,000 people and providing services to 70% of Panama’s population), Director of the electricity business in Colombia (managing more than 9,000 people and providing services to 25% of Colombia’s population), and was instrumental in leading the company’s transformation and digitalisation initiatives in Mexico. He also spent more than 3 years as a project manager at the railway company, Dimetronic and another 3 years at ABB. Holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Madrid School of Industrial Engineering, specialising in Electronics and Automation. He has also completed the Management Development Programme at IESE Business School.

He is responsible for the Company’s Services and O&M. He joined Abengoa in 1999 and has held various R&D and engineering positions, focusing on the development and engineering of solar power plants. With more than 25 years of experience in diverse industrial sectors related to power generation and more than 15 years specialising in O&M, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Holds a Doctorate in Energy Engineering from the University of Seville and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Chief Legal Officer of Cox. In addition to his role at the Company, he is the Managing Partner of Medina Cuadros Abogados, S.L., a professional legal services firm. He began his career in July 2000 in the finance department of Grupo Leche Pascual, S.A. Then transitioned to Medina Cuadros Lawyers, where he headed the Madrid office before taking on the role of Manager of the General Secretariat at Telefónica Internacional, S.A. His tenure at Telefónica also included a position as a lawyer for the Technical Secretariat of the General Secretariat and the Board of Directors. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr Medina Cuadros has contributed his expertise to various boards and foundations. He is a trustee of the Real Madrid Foundation and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Formula E Holdings and Amper, S.A. He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)

Joined Cox in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, she spent 24 years at Naturgy, most recently as Director of Management Control in Latin America, where she oversaw operations of more than 10,000MW and a customer base of more than 10 million. She has also held various financial and operational leadership positions as CFO and COO, managing electricity and gas infrastructure across the EMEA region. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF University and an MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School.

Alejandro Daniel García has been the Company’s Chief Risk Officer since 2017, where he is responsible for designing the enterprise risk management system, performing risk analysis and supporting the alignment of the Company’s global strategy with its risk framework. Prior to joining the Company, he was Corporate Director of Risk Analysis at Abengoa and previously served as the Chief Risk Officer at Inabensa. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, specialising in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Seville and an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School.

Head of Investor Relations at Cox. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she is a financial markets expert, specialising in investor relations. Prior to joining the Company, she had extensive experience in investor relations roles in various companies across different sectors, most recently in the renewables sector, where she was involved in other IPO processes. She has also worked as an auditor with Deloitte. Holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF and other financial qualifications from Deusto and ESADE.
